Can muslims be capitalist?

All bosses want to earn more, and capitalism does not allow anyone to earn without being a capitalist.
So, what does capitalism mean? Can a Muslim be a capitalist, and what should Muslims do about capitalism?
First of all, capitalism means an economic system that makes companies more important in production. This system says that if companies compete with each other, they must become better than one another, and this creates economic growth. This does not even sound good in theory, nor in practice. Today, the biggest capitalist state, the USA, is also home to racism, Zionism, anti-homeless architecture, serious alcohol problems, collective depression, and many other issues.
Today, almost all states have capitalist economic systems, and this creates many global problems. These states’ united organizations (for example NATO or the EU) attack Muslim nations and steal their resources. In the recent past, in 2011, Gaddafi was the leader of Libya, and he wanted to make his country richer through an anti-capitalist system, but capitalist states did not allow him to improve his country. Gaddafi planned a democratic system with free speech.
Capitalist states claim that they support democracy and free speech, but they do not allow others to practice them. They kill, bomb, and steal everything because their economic system is based on competition and conflict. This is not an Islamic system, because Islam seeks peace. Muslims must fight against capitalism and make their countries anti-capitalist, as Gaddafi tried to do.
